I hope everyone is having a fantastic summer! I have been meaning to post an update on the rules, but I have sadly had to take a summer class that has been eating up my time. And, well, Indi has gotten wrapped up with the real world and a tiny child thing!
So here's the rules as of now:
1: Please limit your submissions to 5 a week
2: Please only submit one image of each sculpture, you can however submit a collage image. Try not to make your collage too cluttered. It makes it difficult to focus on the piece.
3: No more than two subjects in a submission, please.
4: Please submit only original sculptures, no repaints. Resculpted models are allowed only if they've been /significantly/ resculpted.
5: Although furries and anthros are fantasy by definition, we will only accept these if they are within a fantasy setting.
6: Please ensure sculptures are finished- both in and of themselves and photographically so. To expand on this, the background should be part of the picture or non-disruptive. Please see this entry for further details: fantasysculptureclub.deviantar…
If your submission has a cluttered background, it will be denied
7: Pictures of the subject must be clear.
8: Please, no comic book characters
9: Fanart will NO LONGER be accepted. Those that are already in the club will remain so.
10: Remember, the subject should be fantasy. That is why we are a FANTASY sculpture club.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Hope the rest of everyone's summer goes well!

Submitting Art
Hello everyone! I hope everyone's year is going pretty well thus far.
For whatever reason, it wouldn't let me comment on some submissions recently but I just wanted to remind everyone to please make sure you
1. post art in the appropriate folder,
2. make sure it is a completed piece. We don't generally accept WIPs
3. Make sure it is both FANTASY related /and/ SCULPTED
4. and also make sure your submission is clear and there isn't a super distracting background.
Also! There's a new group around DA that is for those who have a particular affinity for gryphons (but also welcomes anyone who just generally likes fantasy).

A Note on Photo Quality
Hey everyone! We've received a lot of submissions lately that I've had to decline and I wanted to clear up any confusion about the denials.
Mainly, they have to do with poor quality photography. Poor quality photography I classify as anything that detracts or distracts from the sculpture itself. Here are some examples:
• Photos taken in what appears to be the spot where the piece was created
• Photos taken in a random spot in your house
• Blurry Photos
• Badly compressed/ pixelated photos
• Overly small images
• Images with poor lighting, such as too dark, over-exposed, or not enough contrast

Sorry everyone
Apologies everyone to the lack of uploads. Life got a bit busy and didn't have time to check up on things like normal. I'll try to get to checking up a bit more frequently.
Happy sculpting~
Rules and notes:
If you are a member who submits art to this club, please read these rules. There's been lots of art submitted that does not meet the basics of our club lately. Before you submit your piece to the club, please pause and make sure that 1, it is a sculpted piece by YOU. You can suggest pieces to be submitted if it is not made by you and another artist on DA. 2, please make sure it is fantasy. While woodland creatures may be a minor factor i
